It also obtained a certificate of commencement of business as of July 4, 1995. It has also been associated with PepsiCo since the 1990s and also has over two and half decades consolidated the business association with PepsiCo, increasing the number of licensed territories and sub-territories being covered by the company, producing and distributing a wider spectrum of PepsiCo beverages, and introducing various SKUs in the portfolio, and expanding the distribution network. Also, as of the date of this Red Herring Prospectus, it has 53 Equity Shareholders.
1995: The incorporation of the Company took place as a public limited company.
1996: It started its operation at Jainpur.
1999: It started its operations in Alwar, Jodhpur, and Kosi.
2004: The merger of DBL with the Company according to the order of High Cthet of Delhi dated October 6, 2004.
