MPHASIS

The Company is a provider of Information Technology Outsourcing or ITO, Applications Services Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing or BPO services.

It was formed in June 2000 as MphasiS BFL. Also, the merger between the US-based IT consulting company MphasiS Corporation (founded in 1998) and the Indian IT services company named BFL Software (founded in 1993) led to the formation of the MphasiS.

Also, the company has received several certifications for its quality management such as ISO 9001:2000, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and assessed at CMMI v 1.2 Level 5 and is also undergoing SAS 70 certification.

It has about 29 offices in 9 different countries with delivery centers in countries such as India, China, Europe & South America, and a staff of more than 28,000 professionals.

Applications– Under this segment, the Company’s applications services division is engaged in the application development and maintenance for enhancing the process via automation, integration, and instrumentation. Also, the company has created several virtual models such as COMPASS, QMS, and MIKE. It offers end-to-end SAP Solutions in the sectors of ERP/BIW/APO/CRM/Enterprise Portal and Netweaver platform-based applications.

BPO– Under this segment, the company has several centers across Bangalore, Mangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Ahmedabad, and Puducherry. Also, it provides BPO services in the sectors of Customer Relationship Management, Finance & Accounting, Tax, and Compliance, Research, and Content Management, Claims Processing & Payments, and Human Resources Outsourcing or HRO.
