About Varun Industries IPO
Incorporated in 1996, Varun Industries Limited is in the business of exporting stainless steel kitchenware and house ware items. Varun Industries produce and export around 1500 varieties of kitchenware, house ware, tableware, cutlery and other items of various types. Company produces these products through domestic suppliers and exporting them to many countries across the globe.Varun Industries is currently building an in-house manufacturing and warehousing facility at Vasai (E), district Thane near Mumbai. The facility will start production in next few months which will increase the profit margin significantly. Company is also planning to sell these items in domestic market.
