About Neolite ZKW Lightings IPO
Incorporated in 1992, Neolite ZKW Lightings is an established manufacturer and global supplier of automotive lighting products and components, catering to OEMs across passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, three-wheelers and two-wheelers, as well as the automotive lighting aftermarket. Its product portfolio is broadly categorised into LED-based products and non-LED products. With a diversified, powertrain-agnostic portfolio of over 830 SKUs as of October 31, 2025, the company serves both ICE and EV platforms, including EV-focused lighting solutions aligned with electrification and sustainability trends. It supplies products to more than 40 OEMs globally, including 38 OEMs in India and 6 overseas, and exports to over 50 countries across CIS regions, North America, and Western Europe. The company has three partially vertically integrated semi-automated manufacturing facilities with 2 in Bahadurgarh, Haryana and 1 in Pune, Maharashtra.
