About Chartered Speed IPO
Chartered Speed is one of India’s leading passenger mobility companies with a bus fleet of over 2,000 vehicles as of June 30, 2025. The company offers inter-city and intra-city travel across six states. As of June 30, 2025, its fleet to intra-city passengers grew to over 620 buses operating across states of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh Business Model: Annuity model: Long-term contract with state transport undertakings, government backed entities, and educational and corporate insitutions. Total 1,382 buses deployed under the Annuity model as of March 31, 2025. Ticket revenue model: Revenue from ticket sales. As of March 31, 2025, its average daily trips are 258 and average daily passengers served are 8,400 across states including Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Assam.
